Clear pricing, no surprises

Wedding & event, vacation stay and add-on pricing at Casa Imas, Novelda (Alicante). For exact amounts by date, check the simulator on our booking calendar.

How payment works

1. Advance payment on booking

Paid online when the booking is confirmed and deducted from the total price. Non-refundable. Cleaning (€500) is added here too, within the booking engine itself.

2. Security deposit

A separate charge from the advance payment — not the same money, and not paid through the online booking engine. Arranged with you directly, and refunded a few days after checking the property was left in good condition.

3. Remaining balance

Arranged directly with you: from a few days before arrival up to check-in day, depending on the booking.

Private events

Weddings & celebrations

Rental of outdoor spaces for ceremony, banquet and dancing. The event is added as a supplement to the accommodation booking (2-night minimum) directly in the booking engine.

€2,000 flat rate

€2,500 + €15/extra guest

🎁 Gift: book 4 nights and we'll add a fifth night for free.

Garden string lights: setup and rental, €400 (optional).

String lights & starry sky: extended setup with a light-canopy effect over the garden, €1,200 (optional).
