Clear pricing, no surprises

Wedding & event, vacation stay and add-on pricing at Casa Imas, Novelda (Alicante). For exact amounts by date, check the simulator on our booking calendar.

How payment works
1. Advance payment on booking
Paid online when the booking is confirmed and deducted from the total price. Non-refundable. Cleaning (€500) is added here too, within the booking engine itself.

2. Security deposit
A separate charge from the advance payment — not the same money, and not paid through the online booking engine. Arranged with you directly, and refunded a few days after checking the property was left in good condition.

Arranged directly with you: from a few days before arrival up to check-in day, depending on the booking.

Weddings & celebrations

Rental of outdoor spaces for ceremony, banquet and dancing. The event is added as a supplement to the accommodation booking (2-night minimum) directly in the booking engine.

€2,500 + €15/extra guest

Vendors of your choice: catering, music or DJ, decor, photography, flowers… you hire whoever you like.

Not included: catering, and banquet tables and chairs (you can arrange them through your caterer or a furniture rental company).

Garden string lights: setup and rental, €400 (optional).

String lights & starry sky: extended setup with a light-canopy effect over the garden, €1,200 (optional).

Frequently asked questions about the event

Does the price include catering?

No. We rent the outdoor space for your event (ceremony, banquet and dancing); catering is arranged by the couple or the catering company you choose.

Are tables and chairs included?

No. The venue rental does not include banquet tables or chairs. You can arrange them through your caterer or a furniture rental company.

Can we freely choose our own vendors?

Yes. Catering, music or DJ, decor, photography, flowers… you choose them freely. There are no mandatory vendors.

What exactly does the event price include?

Rental of the outdoor space for the ceremony, banquet and dancing. The Small, Standard and Large packages also include garden lighting and restroom cleaning during the event. Catering and banquet tables and chairs are not included.
